Don is a recognized Financial Educator, Author, Speaker, and Wealth Advisor. You may have seen him on the 2024 Forbes Top Wealth Advisors Best-in-State list or in the Wall Street Journal’s Market Watch, Yahoo Finance, American CEO, Morningstar, and others. As the Founder and President of Paramount Wealth Management and Creator of the Designed by Inspiration® process, he and his team have been helping business owners, executives, and families intentionally design their wealth in a way that shapes their most inspired life.

Don has been helping people pursue their financial inspiration and prepare for significant life events, such as retirement, since 1981.  Clients appreciate his passion, honesty, and candor when addressing the important financial matters in their lives.

Don is a graduate of Jackson Business University, where he studied business and accounting.  He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Financial Services Institute, the National Federation of Independent Business, and the Jackson Chamber of Commerce.

Don holds the Series 24 securities license, enabling him to manage and supervise branch activities.

Originally from Jackson, Michigan, Don lives in Onsted, Michigan, with his wife, Mary Anne. He has two children, Candace and Donald. The entire family works together at the practice.

In his free time, Don enjoys golf, water activities, traveling, college sports, supporting student-athletes, and spending time with his family.

He is a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
