CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

With her bright smile and welcoming personality, Elayna is the first person to greet you when you enter our office, ensuring that every visit starts with a warm and friendly experience. Along with many “behind the scenes” responsibilities, Elayna schedules and confirms client visits, helps with new account openings, money movement, and many other client concierge services. She is dedicated to bringing the highest level of service and care to our clients and team members alike.

Elayna previously worked as a Financial Service Representative for a local bank and has experience in both the financial industry and in servicing clients.

Elayna was raised in Hillsdale, MI and still lives there with her husband, Dorion, who was her high school sweetheart. They have a cat, Scout, and a Chocolate Labrador, Smokey. Elaina is an avid reader and enjoys hunting for Petosky stones up north.
