Krystal handles all aspects of client services. She prides herself in the thoroughness of her work. Krystal works together with our team to deliver an exceptional client experience. She provides prompt and thorough execution of client requests and assists with addressing each client’s individual needs.

Prior to joining our team in 2018, Krystal was a Patient Representative at St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea Hospital. She started her career in health care and later switched to business.

Krystal graduated from Baker College of Jackson with academic honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and an Associate Degree in Accounting.

She resides in Grass Lake, Michigan with her husband, Bill, son, Krystian, and their dog, a Terrier named Ziva.

In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
